Poke是創辦人在一次旅遊中吃到Poke料理,
深深被其飲食方式吸引。創辦人將其融合中、西、日式多元料理口味後,
於2020年在台中西區開始了第一間店,
希望能讓更多人體驗到Poke料理。
ColorBowl Poke was inspired by the founder’s encounter with Poke cuisine during a trip, deeply captivated by its unique dining style. Combining diverse flavors from Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisines, the founder opened the first store in Taichung's West District in 2020, aiming to introduce Poke cuisine to more people.
